The service
Billuxo is an invoicing, quotations and accounting tool provided as-is, for use by freelancers, agencies and small businesses to manage invoices, quotations, clients, expenses and payment records.
Plans and pricing
Billuxo is offered on the plans and prices listed on our pricing page. If a plan or price changes, we'll tell you before the change applies to your account. Your data stays yours on every plan — you can export it at any time, including after a plan ends.
Free trial and automatic renewal
Your first plan starts with a 7-day free trial, once per account. To start it you approve a recurring payment (UPI Autopay or a card mandate) through Razorpay; nothing is charged that day. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the plan you chose starts and is charged automatically at the price shown, then every month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Plan & billing: in the trial you are never charged; on a paid plan nothing renews and you keep access until the paid period ends.
Refunds — 7-day money-back guarantee
Within 7 days of any charge you can ask for that charge back in full from Plan & billing. The refund goes to the UPI or card you paid with, usually within 5–7 working days, and your subscription stops at once. This guarantee can be used once per account. When you upgrade from Standard to Premium, the unused part of your Standard charge is refunded automatically. Without a plan your existing invoices stay viewable and exportable, but creating or editing them needs a plan.
Refer and earn
When someone signs up with your referral link and their first payment passes its 7-day refund window, you receive 15 days' worth of your current plan as a refund on your latest Billuxo payment, or 15 days of Standard if you aren't on a paid plan. Each new account counts once. We may withhold rewards for duplicate or self-made accounts.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices, quotations and business details you create in Billuxo, and for complying with any tax/GST laws that apply to your business. Billuxo helps generate documents but does not provide tax or legal advice.
Account security
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Contact us immediately via a support ticket if you suspect unauthorized access.
Availability
We aim to keep Billuxo available and your data safe, but the service is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or errors in generated documents.
Changes
We may update these terms as Billuxo evolves. Continued use of Billuxo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
