What we collect
When you create a Billuxo account we store your name, email address, phone number, and the business details you enter (business name, address, bank/UPI details, logo). We also store the invoices, quotations, clients, expenses and payments you create inside the app.
How we use it
Your data is used only to run the Billuxo app for you — generating invoices/quotations, sending them on your behalf when you choose to email or share them, and showing your reports. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Data isolation
Every account's data is private and scoped to that account. No other user can see your invoices, clients, or business details.
Third parties
We use Razorpay to process optional tip/support payments — we never see or store your card or UPI credentials. If you contact our AI help widget, your message is sent to Google Gemini or Groq to generate a reply; messages are not used to train their models beyond their own standard API terms.
Your control
You can edit or delete your business data, invoices, and clients at any time from inside the app. To delete your account entirely, raise a support ticket from inside the app and we'll remove your data.
